Jackie started practicing yoga in 1999 at the age of 11 to alleviate her anxiety. She has dedicated her self to helping others through movement. With Certifications in power yoga, aerial yoga, vedic Thai yoga therapy, trauma sensitive yoga and then some. She is always looking to be involved in her community and searching for ways to better it all the while having fun doing so.
Looking to intertwine her passion and career of yoga with her other forms of activism this blog will feature a lifestyle of mindfulness and information to share!
She also has a cat that rules her life and inspires her yogic path
